At AV Enthusiast, we know that every customer's needs are different from the rest. There is no one size fits all package that will do. So, we make every effort to treat each and every client as if they are our only customer.

Over the years, our process has developed with an eye toward minimizing the amount of time you have to spend in discussions and planning, while maximizing the accuracy of our interpretation of your vision.
The most important difference between us and many of our competitors is our ability to listen to your needs. In our first interview, we will ask a series of questions that should tell us the basic scope and details of your project.

Once we have a handle on the specifications, we will create a custom plan for implementation. It is during this process that you will have the most direct input on the project. We want to make sure that in the end it is your vision that is carried out, and not some preconceived notion.
We put a lot of time and effort into planning so that we don't show up at the installation without some vital elements of your project. At first glance, this may seem to be common sense, but scheduling a job is a very important ingredient to any successful home or commercial installation.

We want to minimize the amount of time on site so that our efforts will make the least possible impact on your everyday schedule.
Once we show up on site, we make it our mission to get in, out, and done as quickly as possible. We strive to maintain professionalism at all times, and take great care to protect your home or business from damage or unnecessary clutter during our installation process.

We are always accessible during installation to answer questions you may have, and will work around your schedule should you have specific hours during which you need your installation done.
